A tragedy that ends well, a story of an impossible love, a true story of cape and sword, the story of Cid is also a story of conquests. The conquest of Cid. The conquests of man. In this audacious reinterpretation of Cid, the marvelous and the comic are entwined with the tragic, and the staging tends towards a dreamed form of “a Spanish music hall“. The action takes place around an imaginary carousel. It is a musical tale, an invitation to travel far from the expected versions of this masterpice. A show full of ardor that the compagne Agence de Voyages Imaginaires brings to us and which makes us want to read Cid by Corneille all over again ! This show will be continued by the Nomad Tables, a cabaret dinner in music shared with the company. So, for CHF 20.- for adults and CHF 14.- for children (up to 12 years), you can enjoy a complete menu prepared by the troop cook (drinks included)!
